Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund and batch-transfer requests are handled for Soyogi courses and services. Any written fee terms or special offer shared with you before payment will also apply.

1. Before a Batch Starts

A written cancellation request received before the first scheduled class may be eligible for a refund of the course fee after deduction of any clearly disclosed registration, admission, study-material, payment-gateway or administrative charges already incurred.

2. After a Batch Starts

Once a batch has started, fees for classes already delivered, attended or missed are not refundable. For the unused portion, we may offer a batch transfer, course credit or refund where required by applicable law or where the written enrollment terms allow it. Any approved option will be confirmed in writing.

3. Digital Content and Study Materials

Fees for books, printed material, digital content, recordings, test access or other resources are non-refundable after the material or access has been supplied, except where the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full. For a payment shown as failed but debited from your account, first allow the bank or payment provider's normal reversal period. If it is not reversed, send us the transaction reference and payment proof.

5. Batch Cancelled by Soyogi

If Soyogi cancels a paid batch and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the unused course fee will be refunded. You may instead choose an available transfer or course credit.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@soyogi.in or contact +91 95482 17525 with the student's name, course, batch, payment date, receipt or transaction reference, reason for the request and preferred resolution. Requests should be made promptly and no later than 7 days after the event giving rise to the request.

7. Processing Time

We normally review complete requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible and may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.

8. Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
