These Terms and Conditions govern your use of soyogi.in and your purchase or use of courses and support services offered by Soyogi Japanese Language Institute. By using the website, submitting an enquiry or enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Soyogi provides Japanese language training, JLPT and related exam preparation, counselling and selected assistance relating to study, visa documentation and career readiness. The exact scope, schedule, mode, fee and inclusions are those confirmed to you in writing at enrollment.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and current information during enquiry and enrollment.
• Students under 18 must enroll with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Admission may depend on seat availability, level assessment and payment of the applicable fee.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees, installments, due dates, taxes and included materials will be communicated before payment. Enrollment is confirmed only after the required payment is received and acknowledged. You are responsible for retaining payment receipts and checking the confirmed batch details.

4. Classes and Scheduling

Batch timings, faculty, classroom, online platform or course sequence may be reasonably changed due to operational requirements, holidays, examinations or events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected students and offer a suitable alternative where practicable.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Attend classes regularly, complete assigned work and behave respectfully toward staff and other students.
• Do not record, reproduce, share or resell classes, notes, tests, videos or other course material without written permission.
• Do not misuse the website, student portal, forms or communication channels.

6. Results, Visa and Employment Disclaimer

Learning progress, examination results, visa decisions, interviews, salaries and employment outcomes depend on individual performance and decisions made by independent organizations or authorities. Soyogi does not guarantee a particular JLPT result, visa approval, job, salary or placement. Any assistance is advisory and subject to the scope confirmed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

The website and course content, branding, graphics, recordings, worksheets and study materials are owned by Soyogi or used with permission. They may be used only for the student's personal learning unless we give written permission otherwise.

8. Website Availability and Third-Party Services

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party platforms and links are governed by their own terms, and Soyogi is not responsible for outages or decisions made by those providers.

9. Limitation and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, Soyogi will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
